Thrive placed the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a leading private equity-backed global provider of enterprise software and services that enable companies to manage and optimize their environmental, health, safety and sustainability (“EHS&S”) processes. Amongst a wide variety of use cases, the software allows customers to standardize and automate processes such as incident reporting, to monitor emissions and ensure regulatory compliance and to track chemical inventory throughout a manufacturing cycle. The new hire has extensive private equity experience and has worked on numerous M&A integrations.  She also comes from the technology space and is very hands on. She is exceptional at building relationships across the organization at all levels and is extremely results oriented.
