Director of Marketing

Thrive placed the Director of Marketing for a leading private-equity owned manufacturer and supplier of proprietary polymers coatings and chemicals serving the textile and carpet, HI&I, consumer products and general industrial markets.  The new hire has her Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering, her MS in Polymer Science and Engineering, and her BA in Biochemistry. She considers herself to be both strategic and analytical and enjoys connecting the dots while digging into data to find out what is driving results. She hears the voices of both the customers and suppliers and understands why customers purchase and why suppliers want the business. She also has extensive sales and business development experience, strong customer experience, pricing experience, as well as revenue and market expansion experience.
