Thrive placed the Director of Supply Chain (quickly promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain) of a leading private-equity owned  manufacturer and supplier of proprietary specialty chemicals and products serving consumer markets. The new hire is an experienced leader in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, developing and implementing significant new processes and structural changes. He has a strong track record developing and executing cross-functional business strategies to restructure existing functions to enhance performance, build entirely new functional groups and implement an end-to-end sales, inventory and operations planning process.
