Thrive assisted in placing the CEO of a leading private-equity owned manufacturer and supplier of proprietary polymers coatings and chemicals serving the textile and carpet, HI&I, consumer products and general industrial markets. The new hire is a Chemical Engineer and has had an extensive career in the specialty chemicals sector, starting in large corporate and eventually serving as CEO of another private equity-backed business. He successfully led the sale of his previous company to the client private equity firm and was successfully chosen to lead the new combined entity.
