Thrive placed the CFO of a leading private-equity owned manufacturer and supplier of proprietary polymers coatings and chemicals serving the textile and carpet, HI&I, consumer products and general industrial markets.  The new hire has his MS in Management Information Systems and his BBA in Accounting along with more than 30 years of experience in finance in manufacturing. While he has been working in a $2+B company, he is still very hands on. He also has extremely strong IT and ERP experience as well as ample post-acquisition integration experience. He also has prior PE experience.
